Tutorials (Basic set up and use)

Basic SAMi set up is as follows

• PC with USB 3 camera
• SAMi 1.0 CASA software
• Phase contrast microscope with x10 phase contrast lens

Set up procedure

1. Boot up PC
2. Connect camera via USB 3.0 lead/port
3. Start up SAMi clicking on the icon
4. Ensure phase contrast image is set up properly and check image using ‘live pickup’
